We offer home cooked breakfast daily and dinner based on demand. The meals are plentiful and natural, perfectly mingling the flavours of locally grown herbs & spices, fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish that are both healthy and delicious. Beverages include our specialty, cocoa tea, and rum punch spiced with fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, bay leaf and cloves, all of which grow wild on the property.
The menu is ever changing; we cook with seasonal ingredients and what’s fresh that day. We discuss dinner options daily over breakfast to meet guests’ requests and address any special dietary needs.


Prices:  Breakfast, $15 USD; Dinner, $35 USD; plus 15% VAT and 10% service charge.

CocoJazz snazzy chocolate pouches, artistically packaged with a traditional local touch, contain thin squares of 70% dark-chocolate nibbles blended with a combination of natural flavors from locally grown crops and spices. Roasted coconut shavings, coffee and cocoa beans, tangy ginger, mint, lemongrass, orange oils and dusting of cinnamon all enhance each square of fine delicious chocolate.
